Authorship of the Paper
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.

Journal articles 8-9 authors
Letters 4-5 authors
Reviews 3-4 authors
It is recommended to limit authorship to colleagues who made tangible academic contribution.
Responsibilities of Corresponding Author
-Once manuscript has been submitted to the journal, it will be confirmed if the Corresponding Author has gotten approval from the co-authors to send their paper to the journal.
-Before accepting final version of the paper for publication it is also necessary that Corresponding author get final approval from the co-authors for the final version of their paper.
Changes in authorship
Privacy change in authorship relates to the addition, deletion, or rearrangement of author names in accepted version of the paper. An amendment to the data on the authors or co-authors is not possible after acceptance and publication in the online version.
If there is a need to amend the information on the authors, it is necessary to state the following:
Requirements that are not sent by the respective author (corresponding author) will not be considered.
Originality and plagiarism
The author or authors are required before submission use any of the programs suggested by the journal to check for plagiarism. The Editorial Board reserves the right to verify each work through the test of plagiarism and if any unethical behavior is discovered, the author will be notified.
Disclosure and conflicts of interest
There are multiple forms of Disclosure and conflicts of interest. If an author was assisted financially, in project design and research information by an organization or institution, an adequate cover letter is needed to inform the editorial board and the public. Acknowledging the supporting organization or institution is the best way to protect against conflicts of interest.
At the end of the text, under a subheading '' Conflicts of interest '', all authors must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest including any financial (direct or indirect), personal or other relationships with other people or organizations within three years from the commencement of any work.
Fundamental errors in published work
If the author detects an error in the published paper, he/she is obliged to instantly inform journal editors or publishers. The author shall, in the event of an error, cooperate with the editorial board to remove the same.
Language (usage and editing services)
Research papers for the journal must be in well written English (American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of these). For non-native English speakers, and perhaps even for some native English speakers, the grammar, spelling, usage, and punctuation of the text are very important for an effective presentation. Hence, manuscripts are expected to be written in a clear, cogent, and readily understandable by an international readership. To avoid unnecessary errors, you are strongly advised to use the 'spell-check' and 'grammar-check' functions of your word processor.
Authors who feel their English language manuscript may require editing to eliminate possible grammatical or spelling errors and to conform to scientific English may wish to use the English Language Editing service available from EDANZ -
Articles submitted to the AGORA Journal should be an original contribution and should not be under consideration for publication in any other journal. The manuscript will be subjected to blind review by up to two referees. Revisions may be required before a decision is made to accept or reject the paper. Please ensure your manuscript is complete and up to date prior to submission.
- All authors must have significantly contributed to the research.
- All authors are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes, in case of detection.
- Information on financial support should be provided by authors.
- It is forbidden to submit same research simultaneously in more than one journal.
